1. Return Eligibility
Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Item Condition:
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including tags and packaging. We can’t accept returns for items that show signs of wear or are missing components.
Non-Returnable Items:
We’re unable to accept returns for:

Intimates, lingerie, or swimwear

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Gift cards (digital or physical)

Customized or personalized items
2. How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] or use our online return form. Be sure to include your order number and a short note about the reason for your return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Code along with instructions on where and how to send your item.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Pack your item securely in its original packaging. Include your authorization code and ship it to the return address provided.
Note: Unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
3. Refund Process
Review & Approval:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.
Timing:
Refunds are typically completed within 3–15 business days after we receive the returned package. Your bank may take additional time to release the funds. Please check with your payment provider for details.
Partial Refunds:
Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be subject to partial reimbursement at our discretion.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a product that’s defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll gladly issue a full refund or replacement and cover any applicable return shipping costs.
